You will want to take information with you on MG and make sure they understand your limitations. Then you have to be your own advocate and not allow them to overwork you with exercises. For us, some exercise is good and necessary but too much is harmful.

My neck and back muscles get tired and seem to be stiff, but this is the MG causing muscle tiredness.
Some others will have some more knowledge on this subject.
