I remain in remission and am hopeful that continues.
We live in NW Wisconsin and are preparing for winter here after an enjoyable summer where we stayed home and gardened. I even raised my own popcorn and it is just to the dried stage where it pops good. I grew up on a farm and in my old age am back here with some land to play with and a rich unused barnyard for gardening that makes everything grow well.
Instead of taking our pop-up camper to TX this winter and staying in a state park, we plan to stay home, subscribe to Britbox TV and eat popcorn.
Good luck
Russ
Sounds like you are in a good place with plenty of stuff to do - fertile ground is always good.
We are continuing to complete some of the final tasks around our newly built "Cottage".
Last Monday I was able to place a pallet of cut rock, 3400# into a tiered rock wall/ raised garden area. Took me all day to build the short walls and was whipped for the remainder of the week. Our Son-in-law will pick up some dirt today to fill this garden area and we will probably place plants tomorrow.
I remain grateful that I can still do some of this physical work but miss my former strength and stamina.

Since having had to discontinue azathioprine/Imuran in August due to elevated liver enzymes, I am still in treatment limbo. I am being maintained on 10mgs/day of prednisone, plasma exchange about every 10 days, and loads of Mestinon.. Plex clearly helps --out of the ten days, I usually have at least seven that my MG symptoms are minimal. My husband and I view it as a cycle: pre-Plex days, post Plex days, Prime Plex days. Somehow thinking of it as a cycle makes the more difficult days easier to accept. Having had to discontinue Cellcept and Imuran, I think I am now officially categorized as treatment refractory, and being generalized seronegative complicates the issue. We will see what my neurologist suggests at my upcoming appointment in two weeks.
Nevertheless, all is good here, and I have much for which to be grateful. I have been reading more these days- audiobooks when my MG vision problems are especially wild. I just finished listening to Max Tegmark's "Our Mathematical Universe" (not great) and am rereading "The Brothers Karamazov" on my Kindle (last read over 40 years ago!).

Have an appt. with my Neuro on Thursday this week.
Main focus will be on my IVIG treatments and how they affect me.
