We do understand you, so come here and vent, talk and cry. Moment to moment. It will get better, but the beginning is the toughest. Try not to do too much, as you need all the rest you can get.

I hope you have a good Neurologist. If you live in small town, find a Neurologist in a large town with Medical Center that specializes in MG.
Your suffering seems extreme. It will get better with the right medication and care.
Most of us had a terrible time getting to the right medication for ourselves. Just don't change any of your medications because something works for us, may not work for you.
This site is to encourage one another not to change what your medical doctor's advice and care. Remember they are the experts.
