I mostly just took more mestinon when I was having problems and sometimes more prednisone for a while,
When I was down, I tried to do something special as a reward -- something beyond the routine. My brother did this to get through cancer treatment too. Something to look forward to, although something that is affordable and doable is sometimes hard to think of, but it didn't take much for me -- popcorn and a movie even helped.
Hang in there, things will improve.
