I do this all day long! The secret is to quickly step in front of whatever you've dropped (try to do this without falling) and act as if nothing happened!
You all have me cracking up...... snot bubbles are not sexy
Thank you
BTW, I seem to have extra spoons today. So you guys can make me laugh some more!!!
I so can understand the "now it's here, now it's not" bit. I drop things all the time. It's a wonder my blackberry even works anymore. Don't you love dropping the keys and just looking at them down there, wondering if I squat down will I be able to get back up? Usually I drop things then stick my foot out to break their fall, lol. Sometimes that ends with a big bruise on my foot but it seems to be an automatic response.
I've gotten real good at picking things up with my feet, which works real well as long as the handle of the rake and the hoe don't hit me in the middle of the forehead, but it's worth a try!
