My strategy when I was worst was to sit in a chair with a large headrest and let my head be supported that way. Then when I actually wanted to do something, I used a lot of mestinon 30 minutes before to get me through a few hours. I put my Tv so it was high on the wall, and even my computer screen was so I could rest my head back and see it with the keyboard on my lap.

My wife has back/neck issues, not from MG. She visited with her doctor, got to see a specialist and then got a prescription for some support aids and they were covered by medicare that way. Where she goes, the Mayo Clinic Store, the folks were very knowledgeable about everything and what would work best and it was at no cost with the prescription.
There are variations on cervical collars that may be helpful.
