I have read that within an individual, an drop of 50% level is usually correlated with a person improving, but that is not clear.
I asked about ongoing testing as I was taking medicine hoping the tests would show if I was getting better, but my neuro said how I feel is the real test.
I asked for a retest after I went into full med free remission and my neuro said I could still test positive even without symptoms, and taking the test and finding it positive might depress me (it probably would have).
