Take the MG Quality of Life survey and the MG Activities of Daily Living survey in myMG on a regular basis. myMG tracks your survey results and provides a snapshot for your doctor of fluctuations in your myasthenia gravis over a period of time. myMG is available on iTunes and Google Play. Does anyone have a smartphone? This seems like it would be a great tool for those tapering from high doses of Prednisone....

I went there and filled out a survey using my regular computer. Works that way too. Had to create an account.

What is bugging me with my S3 smartphone is that I have to sign in again every time I want to return to the previous page, as well as having to sign in whenever I want to use the app. There is a cool alarm that you set to remind yourself to answer the questionnaires, but it does not link you to the app itself. I also found a typo about swallowing, where a feeding tube is less severe than having a lot of choking incidents. I tried to email the developer, but that took me down another rabbit hole.

I will try emailing him again from my laptop when I have a chance and will include feedback from anyone else who would like to add on! Or someone else is welcome to include my feedback in a correspondence.

I downloaded the app too. I also do not like that you have to sign in every time. It consists of 2 surveys they suggest you take minimally once a week. You can take them as often as you want though. They ask about how your MG affects daily life like eyes, swallowing, limited activities with families and shopping. It does leave room for notes. Overall I am not sure how this will really give your doctor a better view of your MG. Except maybe if you are diligent and enter notes daily. Then you could review them. But will any doctor take the time to look at notes for a 30-60+ day period?
