Cramps and fasciculations are common among us. They can be related to falling mestinon levels, potassium (coconut water is good hydration) or a separate syndrome all its own.

Cramps are the reason I can't take Timespan --levels get too high and fall too fast. Others find it eases cramping by spreading out the levels. This is one of those problems most of us share, but the solutions may be very different. I hate the ones in my hands and feet most and they are often the hardest to avoid!!
