sorry to hear your continous problems with light headed. it is not an easy unknown to deal with,
i have had episode as such, and the best way to control it is to up your mestidone to 180mgs dayli for about 3 weeks you should see some betterment in about 2 weeks
at the 3rd. week you should decease the amount to 120 mgs, for another 3 weeks then reduce again to 60 mgs one weeks then reduce to the minimum 30mgs.dayli
since i know how much you hate to take , this is the most secure and safe way to accomplish control.

Whilst the referred article was very good it has absolutely no bearing on your situation, other than perhaps the brief mention of Mestinon and the need to remove it from the patient when recovering (in hospital) from a crisis. You really do not want a crisis situation to develop.
