Be careful about getting over heated. Google cooling vests, this might be something you could use. Sometimes, I just use ice packs (the kind for lunch boxes) or put ice in baggies and put on my pressure points.

Hopefully your evenings and mornings will be cool. If your evenings and nights are cool you will most likely survive.

Staying cool in the summer is critical its one of those things I do whatever I have to do be comfortable.

A good window or free standing Ac are made by Friedrich. The free standing are a little more money but easier to move around and its just a 4 inch flexible dryer like vent that goes out the window.

July in those states will most likely be ok.
I live in Michigan. July should be ok.
August is the worse. I bet you will be ok. You can always go to a restaurant or movie if you over heat in the afternoon. The waters are gonna be so cold this year anyway since we had such a hard winter.

Yes just be careful..I also found the free standing ac works better for me..Can move it around and CJ right very flexible and easy to move..I make sure I drink LOTS of water and if and when I go out I make sure there is airconditioning there whenever possible..makes its harder to do my walks but try to go early in am if possible..Just be careful and have fun and rest when you need to..You will have fun Im sure...I would love to take a vaca right now!! Im soo ready but have so many issues going on had to cancel..But still hopeful Ill make one of them...Just ENJOY..

I have recently purchased a cooling vest from Stacool Vest, and it is exceeding my expectations:). My expectations were low, since my Neuro neither recommended me trying one, and actually stated that it might possibly exacerbate my symptoms. I am now finding that I can go outside a little bit more in this Florida heat.
