Sorry you are having a tough time of it. Like you I definatey get worse before I get better. The IVIG can take up to 2 weeks to kick in especialy if your disease is alread advanced as yours sounds so don't be despondent. Just also remember that some batches of IVIG just don't work and I hope that's not the problem. If you are still having trouble breathing though I would suggest you speak to your neuro. Perhaps you need plasma exchange to get you over the worst of it or even more IVIG? Wishing you better health.
