MG can have different symptoms with different folks. Generally, what we notice with MG is tiredness of our muscles. The brain to muscle communication is interrupted, so our voluntary muscles don't respond very well, and very quickly tire out.

I am not sure I would describe what I felt with my legs as tightness, but rather tiredness mostly and after only a little exertion. For example, I could chew OK for about 10 times and then my jaws just wore out. Even when I typed on the computer, I could type a sentence or two, and then had to rest my fingers to type more. Same with walking and sometimes talking.
