This forum has been around something like 10 years. You can search it to find what other people have discussed in the past. The search on the page is not too good, and only goes back a couple of years. So you can do a "site" search that looks for the words you want.
A site search is in this format -- the key words followed by the website address in form site:website for example copy this line into your browser
Sleep problems myasthenia site:www.dailystrength.org
and it will bring up all of the discussions (clicking this link should take you there too).
