Thank you for sharing this! I am posting it on my facebook page! :)
"unusually say "well when your foot gets better". I don't even have anything indicative of a foot injury!"
You know what's so funny? My mom is on crutches, and we have a handful of neighbors that keep asking her how her shoulder is doing! You really have to wonder what goes through people's heads (or doesn't!).
skidoomt, thanks for posting this, it helps so much. I thought now that I probably have MG it would be easier to deal with people but I swear it's even harder. Glad to know I'm not alone in it. Nobody understands the variability of MG, not even me. And then there are those that say "Oh now you know what it is, they can cure it." ...uh...
And after I told someone I am awaiting my medical discharge from the military because I have a neuro-muscular disease he said "You should stay in 30 years!" (Maybe he didn't hear me.) "I cannot stay in. I have a neuro-muscular disease." His reply "You should stay in anyway!" (What the ____?!)
So many people... So many clueless people.
