After getting MG mostly under control with prednisone and stopping Mestinon, I did't have that problem much anymore. I am not sure if was the MG or the Mestinon or the combination, however, it is great to have improved.
I have noticed that as I tapered down on prednisone over the last two months, I am again having a little urgency(without taking any Mestinon now). I think Mestinon might have added to the urgency/control that might come with MG--a dribble down effect like tax cuts for the rich ;-)
and it didn't help me either. I haven't discuss it with my Neuro yet.

Has anyone found anything to help with the incontinence? I am afraid as he slowly increases his Mestinon (currently at 60 mg/day) that this will become a bigger problem. He is also taking 15 mg/day of Prednisone and 1500 mg/day of CellCept.
