Incontinence: at least - some of this problem?
Is due to the meds, that we all take.
My neuro & urologist - both agree on this subject.
(My urologist has a relative, with an autoimmune disease, similar to MG. So my urologist - has some personal experience, dealing with this subject.)
I've conducted my own experiments, with dosages.
As many of you have, too.
In my case? There is no doubt.
My meds - and the level of the dosages - of those meds?
Definitely affect the bladder - and beyond.
MG: the gift that keeps on giving!

(I attend granddaughters' events, all the time, usually a 2 hr trip up, and 2 hrs back. If I'm due for meds, during this time frame? I take half, when it's due. And take the other half, when heading home. Often, I have to take - the other half of the dosages, before I would really like. But it all seems to work out okay.)
(I also sit near the door!)
L: I deleted - most of the jokes, anyway!

I dont' have an official dx yet, so no meds on board. What I have noticed is that should my body be worn out really bad, I don't have to strenght to pee like I used to. Someday's I just have to sit and wait for it dribble out all on its own.
Although I guess if I have to choose between adult products to hide accidents and a cath to get it out, I will take the adult products. If it comes to it with the meds.
So far the only time I have wet myself is when I have had the puking flu.....uhhggg have you all mentioned that this disease really sucks, I suppose all diseases do, but gosh, I'm only 35
I am learning a funky new walk where I can move forward with my legs crossed. I expect it's only a matter of time before someone asks what the heck I'm doing!
I don't mean to minimize anyone's situation, I certainly can relate to the challenges we all face. Humour is how I handle stressful times.
Then I laugh so hard I pee my pants anyway!
Ugh!

Keep laughing anyway.
My GYN said never to wait. That's hard for someone who was taught not to use public facilities.
That upbringing may also contrbute to the psychological dimensions of my problem which is being fine until I get within sight of the toilet and then I definitely prefer elastic waists or my jeans that have gotten so loose, I don't have to unbutton them.
We should go out together. You can walk funny and direct me into the stalls, since I will need to close my eyes (clean ones please). That should be enough to confuse any inquiry. b.
