As I've told you in recent posts the Neuro that I saw for a diagnosis before he even did any tests stated I did not have MG. Then before he ran the EMG he stated I neeed to see a psychologist. I have been waiting 3 weeks now to see what the results are on the 9 vials of blood they drew from me. I called today & left a message because no one ever called me. She finally returned my call & she shows no evidence that the blood was ever sent out. She asked me what lab I had the blood drawn at & I told her there at their lab. She stated that it probably means they will have to draw the blood all over again!! She's going to check & let me know! So far no call!! I am beyond frustrated! I am thankful I am not going to mess with them & I am going to Mayo Clinic!!

If the clinic/office calls you back and apologizes and seems truly sorry for the problem, then I would let it go. If not, they deserve a written complaint sent to the doctor, the clinic administrator, and the state health department as well as the Better Business Bureau if you are in a bigger town. Mix ups can happen, but how they deal with it will let you know if they are trustworthy in the future.
The medical world has many very good people who often are overworked and that does cause problems. There are also doctors and clinics who are just not very good, and trying to figure out which it is, is very important.
