Try to eat normal amounts of food, just longer meal times.
If you get too tired? Finish eating later.

I find chewable vitamin C has a powdery consistency when chewed so I avoid those.
This week I had a craving for jelly beans, unusual for a chocoholic. I nibbled all day. By the time dinner rolled around I had difficulty swallowing; woke through the night coughing and the next day my swallow muscles hurt.
Be cautious. Eat slowly and take care.
