You put him there for one minute for every year he is. To a two year two minutes seems like a long time. Each time he does it you quickly do the same and in a day he should get the idea that you are not playing a game.
At his age telling him you are sick or not strong will mean nothing. He won't get it. You are still in control and you are the boss. I know it feel awful to feel at the mercy of a child, but just wait until they are teenagers.. Good luck!!!!
Find something fun to do apparently that has gootn him some kind of attention somewhere along the line.

My kids are two boys ages 3 and 6, and what an active bunch they are. Jumping on mama is super funny to the 3 year old. Sometimes they get so wound up that time outs and firm voices don't have any effect.
Are my kids out if control? Nope. Because these are the same loving boys who tuck mama in at night sometimes and gently pull the sheet up over me to tuck me in.
One thing that works is when they have a lot of energy to get out, I take them someplace like a park where I can sit in a comfy chair (I keep one in my car) while they play on the playground equipment.
Otherwise no easy answers.
As a side note, isn't it amazing that you can get so weak that a 2 year old has the strength to push you over? As much as it sucked, I did find it interesting that he had enough strength to take down a 280 pound man, and he weighs like 35. Oddities of my mind. :)
