I didn't have that with prednisone,, but the Mestinon I took along with prednisone gave me that effect. I sweated profusely. I carried extra shirts in the car if I went anywhere and was active as I would be wringing wet with only a little exertion. When I graduated to only prednisone then the perspiration went away.
