also ik my levels deplete faster even with a reg diet, how does someone like me increase there magnesium potassium hemoglobin and other vitals and vitamins in a diet?
MG is a difficult disease to get diagnosed, and can be slow for treatment to work. However, most folks find a treatment that works and do get on with their lives, although sometimes it takes a while for this to get figured out.
The forum here is weighted with folks who are new and those who have many complicating factors making their treatment difficult. Most of the hundreds of folks who have come here, learned about MG, found reasonably successful treatment are gone from the site and on with living their lives.
So, be optimistic; follow your neuro's guidelines, and learn as much as you can about MG so you know what is going on. There are many reputable web sites with good information including the Myathenia Gravis foundation and Mayo Clinic and others. I found with more understanding of MG, I could deal with it better.
