Heaviness. Yes. Very typical. When the MG symptoms are flaring, I have always felt as if I'm struggling through quicksand.
Take it easy. When you can, daily exercise is helpful. But not so - that it pushes you to exhaustion. Reduce both physical & mental stress. Try very hard to get both quality rest breaks, and quality sleep. It's also very important to have an experienced Neurologist, who sees MG patients regularly. The more MG patients a neurologist has - the better your treatment will be.
