Things have gotten much better as they will for you, too! I still have major sleeping issues on 5 MG a day but the rest is so much better.
Take it one day at a time....it will get better! I am still on this day to day coaster ride but when the pred symptoms calm down it is much easier to cope. Sending love and hugs your way-Brenda

I wonder how many of our neurologists - are aware of the positive correlation between prednisone - and lousy sleep.
Yes - if you stay on prednisone, take it as early in the day, as possible.
If you can, get some mild cardiovascular exercise.
Don't do anything, to antagonize any medical condition.
But even a couple of slow, 5-minute walks - can help you sleep better.
Wish I'd known this, long ago.
That's not my Neuro's fault, he has always encouraged mild-exercise, when possible.
