I don't see anything tied to Imuran and hair loss and if it is working for you, why stop? My advice is try to find another reason for losing hair. Hopefully the answer will not be related to Imuran for your sake, and your MG's treatments sake. Maybe their are others on imuran or that have been on it to elaborate or back what you say up with their testimony.

i have the same problem and they cannot help either. i use phyto haircare products, especially the revitalizing lotion and shampoo for thinning hair. they have vitamins too. drugstore.com and sephora carry it online.
i have been using it for 3 years and it has kept me from losing all my hair. it was coming out in a handful per wash! i am wanting to grow it back in, but i hear that is another issue....debra
I try to use humor to deal with things, so I think of it like this...if I keep up at this rate I won't have to buy shampoo/conditioner for myself, nor will I have to go to get my hair cut, less time in th bathroom getting ready, and no hair to 'fix' means no spaghetti arms trying to dry it ;-)
I know it's frustrating, but it's probably short term and you'd probably rather be able to breathe and function than have a full head of hair, right? Good luck!!
