I do inpatient exchanges because PLEX is so hard on me. I have tried outpatient PLEX (twice of month and weekly) but it was not as effective at controlling my MG. Five days straight is the most effective for me. But, it is really hard on your body.
My autonomic systems has been giving me real problems. My BP has been as high as 210/117 and as low as 106/35. My pulse has been between 137 and 41. That is not fun. I am on a heart monitor and having orthostatic BP testing every eight hours. I will have more autonomic system testing in the near future.
My small fiber neuropathy, breathing issues, BP, heart rate, and gastroparesis issues, and some other conditions all point to Dysautonomia.
Thanks again for the prayers and support.
We should be home from the hospital late Saturday.

I am so glad to see you back on the board -- by next week you will be your old self again. You have such a complex case, you could probably pass the medical boards with all the knowledge you've acquired. ~Joe
Interesting about the Dysautonomia, as I am experiencing the B.P.and heart rate swings. Blood sugar swings too, though
Thank you for keeping us well informed and educated!
Sunday will soon be here.
