Noticed the other day while shaving that most of my eyelashes have fallen out.
Wondeering if others are seeing this?
Mestonin - 420 mg/day, Prednisdone - 10 mg/day, Imuran - 150/day, IVIGs - every 30 days.

Saw the Ophthalmologist is today. Blepharitis is the diagnosis.
"Blepharitis (blef-uh-RYE-tis) is inflammation of the eyelids. Blepharitis usually affects both eyes along the edges of the eyelids. Blepharitis commonly occurs when tiny oil glands near the base of the eyelashes become clogged, causing irritation and redness."
Cause - Dry eye/Old age.
Treatment - Warm compress to the eyes for 5 to 10 minutes each day. Use sterilized wipes to wipe the eyes and use eye drops 4 to 5 times a day.
Doesn't appear to be associated with MG or meds.
Follow up appt in 3 months.
