Sometimes just trying not to worry about what I feel like I should be doing, but can't. I just try to clear it out of my mind. Sometimes a cool cloth for my forehead and some soft music. I am sorry. Take care my friend!

Try to get a lay down in on your routine for a few days. I call it a lay down because it isn't always a nap. Lay down and concentrate on relaxing each muscle group from head to toe. You may even have to tense and then relax the muscle group.
Good luck!,
