I am having that problem right now. Working a lot and by the end of the day,I'm blurry eyed and seeing double. I feel, in my casr, it's from the drop in pred and I haven't been on imuran long enough to see the real effect. Mestinon doesn't help me with my vision or breathing problems. My neuro has suggested a round of IVIG, but after reading teenalives post, not sure if I want to, as I am prone to migrains.

Again, it doesn't seem to be my muscles tired but rather days when I work a lot and don't get a lot of sleep.
