I will look up more on Essiac. I still eat magnesium rich foods but you will get a controversy here about Magnesium as apparently it is also a muscle relaxant.

I mainly got rid of Candid - which seems like you did that too eliminating milk products and most of the other candida growing foods.
I also removed wheat products from my diet.
I hope more people will be encouraged to seek help naturally - so far not many are interested it seems. It's a very mental battle to change a person's eating habits, even if better health is possible - but it takes time.
