I was diagnosed with MG about 3 weeks ago by a neurologist that I saw in the ER. I have had 1 follow up appointment with her. I have been doing a lot of reading over the past few weeks, and from what I can tell with my brief time with her, she is not very knowledgable about the condition. Does anyone in the Dallas have a recommendation for a neurologist with more expertise?

I see Dr. Sharon Nations at UTSW. UTSW has a great neuromuscular center that sees many MG'ers.
You will need a referral from you PCP or the neuro you are seeing now.

Be sure to take it easy until then. If you need to ER, go to Parkland (yikes, I know!) or St Paul's. They will then transfer you to Zale Lipshy for neuro. (Zale doesn't have an ER).
