I like it about 60 in the house and my wife much warmer. She is going through cancer treatment, so she gets control of the thermostat for now ;-)
I have similar problems in the winter, Raynauds, too. Shivering can use up energy, as well as the heat. b.
I don't know which affects me more, but hot and cold BOTH do!
The air quality is also terrible here in Utah right now (another thing that does not help)

Cold weather where I am at in CA is 40-50 degrees. It can get colder though and that is too cold for me and MG. As long as I have a jacket, I am good to go. I take walks every AM break at work. I miss being able to run like I used to, but I never really enjoyed running just to run. I can't soak up the scenery as much! Let me run while playing basketball. That I can do for a couple half court games.
Having said that, I feel best between 60 and 80 degrees. Spring is just around the corner and I don't have allergies...bring it on!
