Hi Folks, It's been quite some time since I have posted. I was diagnosed in late 2013 and at this point have gone thtough it all. thymectomy, prednisone, ongoing ivig and imuran all along my condition has deteriorated with two crises in the books. i had hopec this would not be progressive, but clearly it has been for me. My doc recently added cellcept, so i am currently on. imuran plus cellcept and ivig every other week. I am wondering if anyone has taken BOTH AT THE SAME TIME AND HAD SUCCESS. I know it takes time, several months, but has this worked for anyone?
I haven't used the imuran cellcept combination, so tried to search the internet to find out if anyone uses it for any reason -- and couldn't find anything that mentioned using them together for any condition. Mostly it was using one or the other with prednisone.
There is one previous discussion where someone is taking both seemingly without problems.

It didn't state why they rated it as serious. I would check with a pharmacist and have them look up the drug interactions to see if they have something more detailed.
