I haven't used the imuran cellcept combination, so tried to search the internet to find out if anyone uses it for any reason -- and couldn't find anything that mentioned using them together for any condition. Mostly it was using one or the other with prednisone.
There is one previous discussion where someone is taking both seemingly without problems.

It didn't state why they rated it as serious. I would check with a pharmacist and have them look up the drug interactions to see if they have something more detailed.
