I take 1000 when I get up on empty stomach and 1.000 before I go to bed
It has really helped me and I have had no problems with it at all.

I kept calling doc because I thougth prednisone was making me worse...He said hold on.....you aren't out of the woods yet.
Eventually I felt better(year or so later). Not saying this is your situation....it is just that this disease is wierd, weird, weird. I did gradually improve but it apparently takes a long time for benifits.
Just something to keep in mind.
I will look the watch up Will thanks you are all good friends.
Taking it with food may lessen or slow the effectiveness, but it is fine to do so.
Cellcept is to be taken at least eight hrs apart or there will be issues.
Good luck
I had some nausea, no muscle aches, when I first started cellcept. I started taking it with food and that all cleared up. Now I take 1000mg twice daily with no stomach issues related to cellcept.
Has your doctor been doing frequent blood work to watch your counts? If not you definitely need to get in for blood work. Your neuro should be watching this for you. I have blood work every three weeks to watch all counts as they can be too low on cellcept. In fact, last week my RBC's and WBC's were both too low. You don't want to be walking around with a white count that is too low.

I called my Neur. she has not gotton back with me yet hopefully today sometime. Thanks you all.
