I have been on cellcept for almost 8 years. The only side effect I have is being almost normal, I still get a little double vision when tired but thats about the only symptom I have. I haven't taken a mestinon in a couple of years. Be patient, it took me over 9 months to notice any big change in symptoms, but I was also tapering down pred at the same time. I didn't have any side effects from cellcept at all, and I was taking at one time 3500 mg / day. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me.

I think I am better because of it. No problems from my point of view.
My Neuro just put me on Predisone because my symptoms came back worse after being on Timespan since June. I don't want to be on Predisone & would like to just go straight to Cellcept.
Any advise on this? Right now my symptoms are bad with dble vision & swallowing & eating issues. I can't hardly work it is so hard with constant fatigue too!
Bear57, my side effects are very similar to yours. Food doesn't sound good or taste good, except for sweets - ugh! My neck hurts quite often, especially if I have talked a lot or laugh a lot. I love to laugh so I hate this part. I don't know if it's from Cellcept or the MG.
