Today for me: I woke @9AM, took my cellcept @10AM, took 60MG of mestinon @noon, and 30MG at 1:30, and went out...
With my wife, I walked up hills, mounds, and around in the largest park in the area today, and I walked around for well over an hour and three miles. I felt great afterwards, except a little tight in the chest, which passed quickly. Today was my lowest intake of Mestinon ever! WOOOHOOO! Cellcept with Dinner @5:30 and I took 60MG Mestinon @7PM!
Going to bed shortly with my timespan..
Anyway, if you can see fine, I see no reason you cannot drive. I see very well, just as before forthemostpart. I currently have very little eye issues, and doubled is when I wake for a minute and spotty at worst as long as I have maintained my mestinon. It has never been a real problem for me even at my worse when I sometimes drove with one eye open.
happy holidays to U and keep us posted!

You need to check your instructions
I really think cellcept is on empty stomach.
If I am wrong I need to know because it is inconvient for me to have empty stomach since I love to snack.... ha
My instructions say No meal 2 hours prior or within 1 hour of taking.
Maybe this is why I am loosing weight ....ha

Excellent point, I know a few people who are blind in one eye and drive. I myself have been driving with tape over one lens of my glasses since I was dxed over 7 years ago. Before retiring I logged well over 150,000 miles in a company vehicle, and at least 60,000 plus miles on a motorcycle. I have also taken and past an evac class ( emergency vehicle driving test ie. ambulance, fire trucks etc.) 3 times. Depth perception is not as good with one eye, but I haven't had any problems.
Again, with MG, it is dependent on each individual.
The short answer to your question is, yes, you can drive with MG.
Best of luck to you
