My recommendation that would be much less expensive -- actually a lifetime fix and would give you the same trace elements.
Buy a 50 lb block of trace element salt--any agriculture store will have these for under $10. Then every time you feel the need for an AQUA-hydrate drink, run a nice full cup of tap water, and take a single lick on the salt block--and voila--the same result! One of the 50 lb blocks should last an individual a whole lifetime!
Magic waters are just that.

I am glad you have found a way to treat those miserable symptoms without medication side effects. On thing I didn't find listed at all on the bottle label was potassium which often is helpful for muscle cramps. Fortunately they did list magnesium as 0. Coconut water has a lot of potassium and I drink that diluted with water, especially when working outside. I don't know how it compares price wise or if it would be as helpful, but is something else you might consider. b.
