I have never taken exedrin for my IVIG headaches, but a tylenol PM (has tylenol and benedryl in it) works well enough for me... and I sleep well.

If your headache is accompanied by fever and a stiff neck call your neuro until you get an answer or go to the ER and make sure they know you had ivig and may have aseptic meningitis. A medrol dosepak is usually enough to take care of this problem but you don't want to let it go.
