It's kinda like any joint you use when it's feeling weak but you keep on using it. Mine gets tierd and warm and then really sore. I find I eat very soft foods now for the most part. We are having soy hot dogs tonight and I will have mine wthout the bun:)
I also have trouble with milkshakes, anything that is thick trying to drink with a straw, I will loose my voice everytime.
