When I took it 2013, it was quite costly compared to my cost for regular mestinon and that probably influenced my opinion too.
Good Luck

all meds taken are trial and errors, mg being a funny disease to deal with,
when i contracted my mg, i was taken for a while the extented mestidone 180 mgs. per advise of my neuro a was taken 1 1/2 pill in the morning then noon, afternoon and evenining, as this was temporaru and every 2 weeks i was decreasing the amount by 60mgs daily.untill i reach the minimum in 8 months of 30mgs. dayli
i found that the hi amount where better taken in the morning and noon do to the dayli activities, afternoon and evening was taken much less, because the dayli activities generaly speaknig decreases as the day progreses.
also i found that my splitting a 180mgs, per consultation with the makers, was told, that if you split the pill, the extended potency become only regular (meaning 4 to 6 hs.)
but for me at that time served the purpose, if you are a person whom may have dificulties with mestidone, i suggest that you take in consideration the dayli extenous activities , and adjust accordingly.
some times we take for granted the simple things and become all despondent, but remenber we are the ones in charge of our disease and we are the ones whom have to trial and err, to find the proper dosage and control
i am just in remission the last 3 months of my worst relapse, and had to use lots of logic and commun sence, to be able to control the down spiral of my respiratory system shutting down
so to all do not feel despondant that we are int his togheter, and can take bits and pieces from each other experiences. to better understand what is going on
best of luck to all (fighter)
