I am still having lots of symptoms off and on, so I am now to every 10 days for plex. I am hoping it makes a difference.
I do not take vitamins, hmm maybe I should.

I bet she will say yes and I do think you will be better off.
Too many changes and variables could cause you to end up going up on predisone or cause issues.
And you didn't even ask for my opinion did you.
