I just wanted to say how honored I feel to be a part of such a caring and understanding community of perfect strangers!
Today has been a terrible day for me. I literally feel like I got hit by a car, there is not one part of me that doesn't hurt. I feel so very disconnected from reality and myself. I am having horrible dizzy spells and bump into everything I walk by. My legs won't stop buzzing, and I'm just really tired.
But I know when I open up DS there is always someone here who is encouraging and uplifting. Always someone ready and willing to pray with me. Always someone I can talk to about my fears, anger, confusion and joy! You all inspire me to be stronger, more compassionate and more me.

Let it all out Sherie, unlike others we all understand and know what you are going through with MS. Understanding is a big part in all this. If others only knew the reality of our world. We love ya... and hope you get feeling better soon.

My wife takes low dose naltrexone for her ms. one small pill in the evening. no other meds. Check out the web site at

I haven't been dx'd yet, so no meds for me. I am awaiting a spinal tap appointment. But I think I know down deep what the answer is, I just haven't said it out loud. I was just recently dx'd with complex partial epilepsy, which was a surprise, so now it seems the bricks are falling on my head. I really want to know what is going on with me, but the reality of it all is overwhelming. Thank you again friends for your support. Much love. Sheri

I know exactly what you are saying, i had that the other day, but mine was a truck,lol. but hey forreal we are all here to help support you and always will be, this stupid dease is not fun and it loves to play games w/us everyday, we just have to learn to win the game!!! keep smilin:) love ya, Lorna

Sherie I know how hard it is when you don't know what wrong with you. I thought I going crazy. On top of all the crazy symptoms I lost my parents while waiting on all those diffrent test for many years. In 2000 I was dx'd. I want say it's not hard. I broke my foot, tore the ligaments in my knee being so clumsy. I'm blessed to have a great husband and finding this Web was a GOD sent. Just keep your head up you can make it. Think of all the love you are getting thru this site.

HI sheri,I know how you are feeling,Iwas diagnoused with MS 26 years ago and still don't give up I'm still walking, with the help of a cane and a brace on my left leg and now my right one is staring to go,I try to exercis everyday that helps me alot especialy on my worst days, try to get the most out of today tomorrow dosen't exist, be positive and have faith in GOD hi never forgets as. have a wonderfull day, God bless you.

First, let me just say...YOU are the ONLY one who can keep YOU going..(that is other than the Good Lord Over You!!) Each day is a new challenge...we can either keep going or give in....let's "Keep going"...we are with ya gal...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
