big company? small? call Human Resources? Ask them how the ADA can help you with some 'accommodations'?

Jim - USA we have ADA (AMERICANS W/DISABILITY ACT)
Larry did not see you were from UK. What does your UK Government have in place to assist & protect disabled? I see you are a mechanic for a small company or major care manufacturer?

*Anyone in UK can you advise who Jim needs to speak to?

Jim, my advice to u is to just give the folks hasseling u the "mental finger" LOL....I dont expect u to know what that means...but it is funny lol
