Though I am not new the MS thing, I am new to the extreme fatigue, exhaustion etc. Not only that I have lost my appetite, I feel like just going to bed and never getting out but of course I can't do that. I go to the doctor next week (Tuesday), my question is do I wait or should I attempt to get in sooner. I have to go to work so this is presenting a problem for me in a major way.

I've always been told when a symptom affects your daily life (like not being able to work does with this fatigue you have) you should call your doctor. Matz is right, a phone call is in order.

I hope none of you are from my area but we possibly have the worst docs in the world. I have chronic fatigue, pain, clumsiness, weakness ------------ but I get told it's normal, we're treating that already (I do have meds - not helping obviously) and you can see the doc in 3 weeks.

I've become somewhat accustomed to this medical neglect. I never go to the ER because they only look for heart attacks and strokes. geez

atriam i get told the same here and with you on the ER dealie. its frustrating.

i do think you should call doc and see what they can do. maybe u have a better doc and office than where i'm at.

Thanks to all who replied. I can't afford to go to ER(I know that is crazy). My chest feeling heavy as well so Im thinking MS HUG or something. I am going to wait it out and see how I feel tomorrow. I doubt I will be able to get in doctor before next week anyway.
