Let us know how the results are, and good luck when you go to finish your thoracic scan.
Sending good thoughts your way!
Next time... they better plan on giving me something to relax and I will be sure to wear cool clothes since it was winter time and they gave me some pants to put on and told me to remove my bra, but also told me to leave my thick long sleeve shirt on.
She should have told you to brake, take another patient then back to you. But I think she made a mistake, she was supposed to do both without contrast, then apply the contrast for the two. Don't feel bad.
I usually meditate and fall asleep, but I plan that, I wake up very early and make sure I'm tired by test time, I relax, nothing will happen, unless its my date, if it is worrying isn't changing the results.
Hope next time goes better,
Alma
. If the tech is a crab again, give her something to be crabby about. Say owowow over and over and moan, take deep breaths that are annoying. She will love you. Lol (but don't move or it will take longer).
Let us know how it goes.
As Ever,
Amy
Sounds like you did the best thing for you. Last time I had an MRI I was in there for over an hour and I forgot I could press the panic button when I started to get pain in my back.
Trust me staying in one of those things with your back hurting does more harm than good. Hope at your next one they give you breaks
When I had mine I told the lady about my spasms and they gave me a roll to put under my knees. It helped tremendously.
