For those who are able to participate, what has each person's doctor recommended for MS in terms of exercise? I would imagine weight bearing practices to be the exercise of the choice, but I'm not sure and I'm curious as to which one would benefit me more. Thanks in advance.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. Since then, my mom got me a simplish yoga video, but I strained my neck with it, so I am going back to the basic poses I learned in 'Yoga for Dummies'.
I tried to get the 'free' video mentioned here, but as I am not RRMS they never sent it to me.
I do aqua aerobics which is very beneficial because it has strengthened my core whih then has improved my balance.
No doctor I have ever seen has encouraged me to exercise - yet obesity is such a huge (no pun intended) health issue because it leads to all manner of other conditions.
It becomes an issue to many with MS because exercise is so difficult physically and financially.
