I get it sometimes at night where they are buzzing and feel jumpy from the inside but you can't see them moving.
Don't be ashamed carolina-we all have our good times and our bad times and the last thing you need is to be beating up on yourself. Let your doctor know as there are some meds that could help with it. Most of all just be kind to yourself. I know that most of the time I handle it all well too-but then sometimes it crashes around me and I just go with it. Good luck and I hope you can get some long awited relief.
