You can learn from pt or ot fine motor skills movements, it helps a lot.
I stopped taking propanolol due to low bp and tremors are not a problem anymore. I hope you find something to help you. I do not know why my tremors went away but am happy about it. I sympathize w/ you.
Eating and drinking is hard too. Isn't there any treatment other then pills?
OT as well as PT have great exercises that strengthen the muscles & reduces tremor.
Best of luck to u.
I do take klonopin but it doesn't help that, it is beneficial for my anxiety, and heart palpitations.
frusciante, can you take Low dose naltrexone? I take it at night and other than vivid dreams which I am learning to tolerate (haven't been on it long enough to know if those will last) it is really helping me sleep and wake up without the major tremors I had before.
