I finally talked to my boss today and told him I have MS. He got really quiet for a minute. (oh no! is he mad?!) It turns out that his wife has been having some tests run and they think she might have Lupus. It made him all the more understanding when I told him to please not count me out, please don't think of me as the "sick person" and know that I can still do my job. He totally understood and just told me to be sure to tell him if I needed anything and seemed pretty aware of the possibility of future accomodations. His wife is a professional and I almost wondered if she has had similar concerns with her work because he really seemed to get what I was saying.

Anyway, I just wanted to share that... I've really been worried about telling him (but more worried about him finding out through the grapevine and not from me) and it just went better than I could have hoped for. Now I can take my sigh of relief (whew!) and enjoy the weekend! Everyone have a great weekend!
