When I was dealing w/ a podiatrist for a Morton's neuroma, one thing he did included taping my toes in such a way that they stayed separated ~ presumably this gave a wider berth between the metatarsals ~ an entrapped nerve needed to work its way (out of where it was trapped & thus continually being walked on & kept inflamed).
Foot reflexology is a good thing no matter what & it's an easy DIY ~ I'd encourage you to research it online for better info than I can convey, but I can say, from experience, that is gets circulation going & my feet look, feel & work better afterwards.
